Don’t get they cameras

Faulty and they charge u to come out $200  my alarm never works

However, installation support is available through HelloTech, which may provide assistance if needed.

 

Your Xfinity cameras connect to your Wi-Fi network,  have you tried going through any troubleshooting steps https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/camera-troubleshooting  with your camera and your Wi-Fi connection to enable for your camara to work properly?
