Doorbell camera not working

I have the Xfinity Doorbell, the first one worked for 10 minutes until I activated voice/sound, then it died instantly, I received a 2nd Xfinity doorbell and it worked fine for just under 2 wks. I contacted techs, again trouble shooting, I had a 16vV transformer

A 3rd doorbell had been sent out, before installing I upgraded to a 24V transformer, camera worked fine, live worked fine, until I used the doorbell then the camera is dead again? I am at a complete loss as to the problem?

That's terrible, I hate to hear that you are having so many issues with your security system at this time. What color is your doorbell light blinking at this time?

The door bell button is blank, no flashing lights. I've checked both transformers with my meter both are within norms, I even plugged other electronics in the line that feeds the transformer to see if the load fluctuated, no change in readings at the transformer!

I am at a loss, I don't believe 3 for 3 could be bad, they all stopped working at different intervals.

I also tried resetting each one one holding the reset for 2 or 3 seconds, nothing completely dead.

user_29f630 That is interesting, because it does sound like a power issue. Has a Xfinity Home Technician been out to have a look?

Nope, I actually tried calling yesterday to schedule service call, and apparently we had an outage in our area, they automated system wouldn't transfer me to a tech, because of the outage? 😂🤣
