Doorbell Camera Stolen January 30th (I believe)

Is there any way to retrieve footage from the last moments the doorbell camera was powered on and online even though it will most likley be the 30th of January (3+ months ago). Everything I have read says that unless it's downloaded within the first 7 days - it is not able to be accessed....But, how does either the defense or prosecution aquire footage from the previous 6+ months ... would the plaintiff or defendant have had to have downloaded the footage withing the alloted time period of 7 days .... I know some doorbell camera systems will store footage in the cloud for up to 180 days (I believe) but from everything I have read on here - 7 days is the limit and then its....."deleted"?? Or is it stored somewhere that is only accessible when legally nessesary...? If needed I am willing to work with the sheriffs department to coordinate obtaining the footage if it is at all possible.....help??....lol

Hello, Cbarreras80! I am sorry to hear that your property was stolen! The 24/7 recording or clip would need to be downloaded within 7 days as you saw online.  Did you reach out to the Xfinity Home team when that happened to report it or take any clips from the 24/7 recording at that time? We do have a legal team if your lawyer or law enforcement is reaching out. They would be the best help in this situation.
