Home security cameras push notification (android)

Hi, the Xfinity app stopped sending push notifications to me phone. Notifications are on in both my Xfinity app and in my phone's settings, and I was receiving them a few days ago. Should I delete and re install the app? 

Any guidance will be appreciated.

@user_jvgvjk That's always a good idea when basic troubleshooting is not helping. Before you uninstall the app, restart the phone. That usually gets my notifications going again.
