I wanted to praise an employee by the name of Marie , she works in the Home Security Department, in the Philadelphia storefront and she was phenomenal in handling my issue. Marie was so friendly and pleasant to hear after 4 agents and an hour and 15 minutes into the call.. so I would just like to take some time and acknowledge a caring agent who did her job, and did it above and beyond..Thank you!
