Keypad displaying “Open Ckt”

My keypad says “Open Ckt” and won’t let me arm or disarm the system with it. I can only arm/disarm with the touchpad or app. Also, the 3 door sensors are showing 0% connectivity on the app.

@XfinityAnna​ It is not my touchpad that I am having a problem with. It is the Honeywell keypad by my garage door. I believe it is wired into the house. There is no battery to change and I can’t find any kind of article that mentions the keypad.
