Motion sensor battery needed replaced. I did, but can't clear low battery/tamper warnings?

Finally had to change the batteries after several years of having the system. Replaced the keypad batteries fine by myself, but motion sensor seems to be giving me issues. How do I clear the low battery and tamper alarm? I can't find any info, so should it be automatic? I gave it about 10 minutes, the light stopped blinking, walked by the sensor a few times, armed/disarmed the alarm, rebooted my modem and touchscreen, and both the low battery and tamper alert are still displayed.

Here's an update for anyone that may be in the same boat. The motion sensor had a small green light on the circuit board that was flashing 3 times. This apparently means that the sensor needed to be deleted from the system and readded.  This is quite easy .... if Xfinity didn't lock the ability to do this behind a passcode that only they can provide. I chatted with a rep in the XH app and got it running in 10 minutes.

I had the same problem today and went through the same chat procedure to unpair and pair to fix it but realized later that it was dropped from my night arm mode. So you may want to check if it's still arming as per your settings. I would have never known if I didn't test it. Hope it helps.
