Need a replacement Zen Thermostat ASAP
My Zen Thermostat provided by Xfinity Home no longer works. I've done troubleshooting and batter checks and its just fried, dead, I promise. Chat sent me to Zen customers service who was a useless AI bot that said my thermostat was End of Life and I should go back to Xfinity for help with a replacement. Please, someone help me with a replacement thermostat before it gets cold out. My wife will kill me if this isn't taken care of, ASAP. I can call, email, whatever works. AI chats DO NOT HELP, at all. Hopefully this format helps. Thank you - [Edited: Personal Information]

user_9s5ikk thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today regarding your thermostat and for sharing troubleshooting steps that you have already taken. I would like to look into what options we have with your equipment together, so we can resolve this concern (hopefully before your wife notices). Can you please send over a direct message with your full name and complete service address to get started?
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
