Need to schedule a line tech visit ASAP

Experiencing 5-minute mid-day drops on an XB7. My upstream is 46 dBmV and downstream SNR is 44.9 dB, but I have 13,000 uncorrectable codewords isolated to a single downstream channel. Requesting a technician appointment.
