my touchscreen has stopped displaying the temp. I have restarted it several times with no success. It says I have no cellullar connectivity.

On your Home screen:
Swipe up to open the dashboard (if applicable), tap the gear icon, then tap Devices.
Or, if your touchscreen has apps, tap Settings.
Enter your four digit Master Keypad Code.
On the Categories screen, tap Advanced Settings.
Tap Connectivity.
Tap Test Connectivity.
Tap Next to start the test. You'll see either a green checkmark or red x.
