Remove notifications on home security

I replaced batteries on both a door and the keypad. Still getting notifications of low battery and keypad tampered with. 

How do I remove notifications?

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

I have a similar issue. I don’t see where she posted the instructions on how to fix the issue.

They did. The secret is to wait 5 minutes between removing the old battery and putting the new one in. It cleared my notifications and everything is working as it should.
