Security camera activity feed not showing

I'm not able to see my camera activity. Camera is set for 24 hours.

I have also been having a issue with the camera event feed not loading. I have to repeatedly tap the retry button 5 to 30 times to show saved events but the event will not play, just shows the buffering symbol. and will only go back 12 hours.

Can you let me know any other troubleshooting steps so far? Did this recently start, or have you noticed this for some time now?

My videos, say event cannot be loaded. I am not able to go back and visit any of my recordings
