Technicolor TCA203 time error

The time is wrong and I can’t find any helpful info online on how to change it. Please do NOT direct me to Gear > Display > Homescreen options > Clock….. I already have the clock set as my homescreen, but the time is wrong and I need to just change the time. How?

I tried unplugging for 15 seconds and now both the time and date are really wrong. Factory reset didn’t work either.
