Two way audio

Has the two way audio, the ability to talk through the cameras been removed? The talk button isn't showing up in the latest version of the app!

Hello user_62cf82! I definitely understand the importance of being able to communicate at a moments notice through your Xfinity Home cameras, and appreciate you being an active member of our community with your question!

Two-way audio is not available for cameras through the Xfinity Home app but instead is only supported on the latest version of the Xfinity app with compatible cameras (specifically the xCam2). The Xfinity Home app supports one-way camera sound but does not offer the two-way audio feature. For two-way audio, you'll need to use the Xfinity app instead 👍 Please let me know if the feature is not present for you in the regular Xfinity app with your compatible cameras.

I understand all that, I'm using the Xfinity app and the cameras are xcam2. I've been using them for over 2 years. The features that I previously stated on are no longer available in the app .....

Understood! I appreciate the clarification. If you haven't already, please attempt to sign out of the Xfinity app completely, and then sign back in to see if the feature returns for you. If it doesn't, please try uninstalling the app completely and singing back in after reinstalling.
