Hello, @user_83ab27. Thank you for reaching out about the camera that is not working. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far such as resetting the camera, pairing it to the system again, etc? Here is a link that shows some different troubleshooting steps, Xfinity Home Camera Troubleshooting. The solid white lite means powering up. Is the power cord secure? Is there any damage to it?

I have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps. There is no physical damage that I can see. The power adapter is secure, and I've tried differnt outlets. The light will stay white all the time, I've left it on for days and is still white on the camera and power adapter.
