Unless it's freezing and just dying on you that would be a hard ask. Most equipment add ons can be purchased at an Xfinity store, if you have one nearby. My touchscreen was installed in 2015 and still it was hard to get a replacement until it was freezing daily. According to the techs that stuff is only warranted for one year so after that you may need to pay for new equipment.
