3 hour chat with no results
I wanted to upgrade my 3 phone lines and phone plan, the first person assured me that I would qualify for $1100 off the new iPhone by switching my plan to premium unlimited. So we started the process, during which he tried selling me a watch and more internet services. I got the offer contract and it read I would pay $45 a month, so I was hesitant to sign because that wasn’t what was discussed. He then tried telling me I’d get $70 a month credit, but it was a one time credit. Then I was in a ring of disconnections from that point on from one agent to another.
I was asked at another point by someone who was “helping me” if I was still having issues connecting to Wi-Fi … something I NEVER inquired about. I asked for a supervisor 6 different times and never got one. I’m down 3 hours and still have no new phones. At this point, I should just go to T-Mobile and sign up with them instead.
