300 off phone

I received the promo for $300 off a new phone. When I use the code at checkout I get an error message saying “unable to apply code.” I have not used the code before. What am I doing wrong?

user_7plkms Thank you for reaching out for help with this offer code. The $300 off phone offer is a benefit we offer our Xfinity members. If you are a member, I would start by checking the status of the offer in your benefits. Does the offer show redeemed?
