$500 Samsung Discount Not Applied

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24+ on 07/27/24 in an Xfinity Store.  I qualified for the $500 discount promotion to be applied for replacing an existing line over 24 months in bill credits.  I went back to the store on 07/29/24 for over 2hrs, and they confirmed the discount is applied.  When I check my device in the app, the device discount of $20.83 does not appear.  Can someone please assist with applying my device credit that I qualify for, I appreciate it.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
