Apple iPhone 14 Pro US XFINITY MOBILE LOCKED POLICY
I bought an iPhone 14 Pro from another person, but it was blocked and tied to the Xfinity Mobile operator. I went to live in another country and decided to ask for support to unlock this phone. I was told that in order to be able to be helped, I have to buy a product of this company, but now I can't do it. And so every time, please check the information.

@Rostik000 You should take this matter up with the seller of the phone. Was the phone advertised as unlocked? Did you knowingly purchase a locked phone? Depending how you purchased, you may have some recourse through the selling platform or your credit card company. Especially if it was falsely advertised. Unfortunately, Xfinity Mobile will not be able to help you with this situation.

@Rostik000 I am sorry to hear that you bought a locked phone from someone. At this time the original owner of the phone and account it was connected too would need to reach out. The original owner of the account can call our unlock team at (844) 963-0011. They will go into the account and verify all is good, and they will process to unlock.
