Apple to Samsung phones

I had an iPhone 26se and trained in store for a Samsung 24 ultra. Texts from iPhones go to my old phone not my new phone. Took it to store and worked fine. What the hey?

@user_d5ccqn I am sorry to hear your text messages weren't coming through to your new phone. It sounds like they were able to fix in store correct?

No, it wasn't. I went home and had the same problem. A text from an Iphone goes to my old Iphone not to my new Samsung. I can text out to any phone.

No, when I bought the Samsung, the guy at the store did an esim transfer, old phone to new phone.
