I originally had cellular activated on the watch but it wouldn’t work stand alone without my phone. I then deactivated cellular and tried to reinstall. Found out that Xfinity Mobile doesn’t support stand alone cellular on Apple Watch apparent and now I’m in this mess. I’ve seen these issues in a few other post.
