Hello @user_ucc66n. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble getting your phone number activated. We would love to assist you in getting your number ported over.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

@XfinityAbby  Hi, great you posted back. Ya know, the older I get, the wiser. Tomorrow is my 66th birthday. Sure another trip around the Sun. And another reason not to like Comcast/Xfinity. My "adventure" is one for the ages. If hired by my Wifi and mobile service provider, I could fill content for many customer service training videos. How not to "[Edited: "Language"] the customer that's a vet and a senior." You can tell a lot about a company by looking at the employees and how they handle mistakes made by their colleagues. I'd be happy to explain if you really want to know. Let me know......[Edited: Private information]

@XfinityAbby  I haven't heard back. I guess your ignoring is founded in "who gives a [Edited: "Language"]" like every one else at Comcast/Xfinity I've interacted with. Maybe it's my own foundation. Not! I'm so very disappointed how an American Conglomerate has trouble with Customer Service.
