Bill payment issues

For a tech company this place sure has its issue, I tried to pay for my phone services online and keep getting repeat message of "unable to process transaction, cannot find the account associated with that number" when clearly I can login with it and look up anything else I wanted to. I go into a store personally to pay with my card, they said they'll do it, few days later I see the money refunded because the payment couldnt processed so now my service is shut off, they dont take cash either so cant pay like that, how exactly do I pay my [Edited: "Language"] bill????
