Byod promotion

<span;><span;>I was told about the promotion to BYOD and port number over to Xfinity for a $200.00 prepaid card by Alex a representative with customer service and decided to give you a try.  I ported 4 numbers over with 3 of those BYOD and one that required a new device on your network.  For the three lines that dis meet the requirements I called once service was transferred and spoke with a representative in customer service on June 1st, 2025 to ensure I had completed all required actions and ask if I would get email confirmation of the offer.  He stated there was no confirmation <span;>send but that in 4 to 6 weeks I would be emailed the three, 200 dollar prepaid cards and to call if I didn't receive them.  When I did not receive any emails I called on 7/7/25 and spoke to Kas (confirmation # for call [Edited: "Personal Information"]

) who assured me i had met all requirements but i needed to wait until 7th week for a ticket to be opened.  I then called back July 14th and spoke with <span;>with a representative who assured me she would open a ticket to ensure my correct email was attatched to the promotion and id have an email within 24hours confirming.  After waiting 48 hours and still not receiving anything in regards to this I called again ( each call with wait time, research etc. taking more than an hour of my time) just to be told there was no ticket created, placed on hold for the rep to check with incentive team and then transferred to the incentive automated system without ever coming back on the line. The automated system stated 14 weeks when multiple reps have confirmed 4 to 6 weeks for this promotion.  At least the rep who transferred me without communicating did open an actual ticket (<span;>[Edited: "Personal Information"] which apparently will have to take 14 days for update on.  For a company trying to convince customers to bring service over this is not the way to start.  It is deceptive sales practices and I would like resolution by executive complaints group within the next 5 business days ( no later than 7/23/25)
