Callers can’t hear me

I am using a Vtech 4 line phone system on a comcast business voice line

everything has been working fine until last week when callers can’t hear us. The microphone works and isn’t on mute. Any ideas?

@user_ainvwc Thanks for sharing. I checked around and don't see anything that is done remotely, other than basic troubleshooting. I know it's been a couple days since you posted, but let us know if it's still happening. We'll help troubleshoot when you get a chance.

I have not been able to figure out how to get the phones to work

@user_ainvwc, oh, no. Sorry you're still having trouble. I know it is not always ideal, but have you had the opportunity to restart your modem to see if this will update everything and possibly correct the issue? I would start with that if you have not, and also unplug and restart the phones as well.
