Can xfinity find my mobile change order dated 7/24/25?
I chatted with Aparna on Sunday, July 27 about it. I changed my 7/23/25 order on 7/24/25 and have been trying to get my account starightened out ever since. I signed up for a $400 off, 40% off unlimited promotion for $10/month. I ordered the iPhone 16 256 and port my Galaxy Note 10+ data and phone number to the new IPhone 16.
The order for 7/23/25 was processed. The order for 7/24/25 was not processed.
HELP!

I would love to help out and make sure that the order is processed. To help clarify what changes were to be completed with the order on the 24th? Were the orders both processed online at xfinity.com or with an agent (chat/call)?
