CANCEL Mobile phone I never received, refund my money, stop billing me for device I don't have

RE: ECM Ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"] telephone: [Edited: "Personal Information"] sitting unresolved for a long time. Each call I make to Xfinity goes unresolved with promises and NO resolution. 1) My device ending in 0971 was paid off in full on 1/12/26, I have receipts. 2) PLEASE STOP billing me monthly for a new device - I cancelled upgrade device because I never received new device. 3) Please send full refunds paid on 3/1726 for new device never received, I DO NOT want new device. You owe me $143.30 plus $129.42 for taxes money paid on new device NEVER received, I DO NOT Want. Stop billing me money device charges. You owe me for monthly device charges for February and March 2026. I will contact my bank and a legal attorney. Please return money you owe me to credit card on file ASAP. I went to Xfinity store and manager put in problem ticket over 2 months ago and you still have not resolved or sent refund for money you owe me. Please resolve this.
