Cannot activate eSIM
I cannot activate my eSIM despite trying everything I can look up from the support. I have tried downloading new eSIM and activating that, but it did work either. I would like to request a physical SIM instead of eSIM to try with my other phone, but I cannot find anywhere to request that. I also cannot call the support number due to my cell phone number is locked into the eSIM and I don't have access to phone service now.
