Cannot find "Direct Messaging Icon"

Hi, I try to send a direct message to the Xfinity Support as my trade-in credit was cancelled after I sent out my phone. However, I could not find the direct message icon on the website. Can someone show me where is that button?

in the upper right hand corner there are three icons. there is a bell, and the icon to the left of it is the direct messaging icon. Point your cursor at it and it will say "direct messaging" Click it on. I did not know where it was first time I came here, either. And unfortunately I've been here many times! And good luck with your phone situation, I have been having unbelievable problems with mine!
