Can't get to activate S25 Ultra
Existing Xfinity Mobile Customer.
Got unlocked S25 ultra yesterday and have been trying to activate same number on new device since then. Have been in called for several hours, been to store had numerous chats over xfinity assistant. But it's of no help.
To give a comparison of problem, I was able to activate my existing number with T-Mobile within seconds on a new device.
It's been a day now without access. My whole work is stopped as I can't access my number. Many of the apps have two factor authentication.
Hoping a swift help from xfinity.
