can’t open email on devices

Says password incorrect.  Enter password for imap account “comcast.net”

Started happening about 2 weeks ago.  No problem before then!

Yes but cannot open my email on my devices.  Asked to enter password for IMAP account “comcast”.  Happened out of the blue 😔

Thank you for clarifying, @user_9gxrx1. This seems to come up from time to time, whenever there is a security update on one end or the other. Have you already confirmed your third-party email client access was still enabled (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access)? That used to be a bigger issue in the past, but it never hurts to check again, just in case.

It’s s my comcast email account for incoming mail that it says password incorrect

user_9gxrx1 I appreciate you working with my team so we can make sure you have access to your Emails. Please visit our online web portal: https://www.xfinity.com/email and let me know if you're able to send and receive Email directly from our site. 
If you're using a third party mail application to check your Xfinity Email, please double check that your settings are entered correctly. You can find helpful instructions here if needed :).
