Can't seem to transfer my eSIM to my new phone.
Just upgraded to the 17 pro and want to start using my number in my new phone as soon as possible. Tried going through IOS settings and went through the process that way - got through to the xfinity pop-up sign in process but after verify I get sent to a technical difficulties screen. When I try and start the process through the xfinity app I get brought to the xfinity mobile website but even though im logged in the website keeps telling me I dont have an xfinity mobile service. Cannot seem to find a workaround and the hotline and text assistant have both been useless.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
