Can’t upgrade
I just paid off my iPhone 14 and TRIED to upgrade/replace it and trade it in. After i selected the phone i went to check out where it turned red and said something along the lines of not having a line available or credit(?) makes no sense being that i was paying on two devices prior to me paying it off. The chat rep tried to do it for me as well and has no idea why im not able to upgrade. Please help!! I love Xfinity and have been a customer for awhile. I don’t want to switch companies if i don’t have to.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
•Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
•Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
•Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
•Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
