Change a shipping order to pickup
I bought an Apple Watch today but I realized I won’t be available to sign off on the order when it arrives since my work hours don’t line up. How am I able to change it to pickup so I can head to an Xfinity store and pick it up.

@Lkoro This is a great question. If you ordered your Xfinity Mobile device online, you will have to wait for it to arrive in the mail. New phones and devices can only be shipped to the account address on file. This security measure helps prevent fraud and ensures that the device is delivered to the customer on the account.
