Cheating/Frustrated/
After being 10+ hrs of chat I am posting this for the issue without resolution
1. Asked to port my number as a new line with new iphone 15 pro device
2. Was given device and told that i will receive the porting instuctions
3. Came home and found that a new number was added instead of porting
4. Got in touch with xfinity support (chat assistance)
5. They cancelled the new number and ported old number and activated esim on the device
6. When they did it, they removed the $400 promotion for new line
7. Now they are saying there is no way to get it back, this is cheating.
8. I am being transferred numerous times, when we were coming to this point they were disconnecting my home internet remotly to make me loose the chat
and I had to keep repeating the same to every new person.
9. Finally when I chatted with phone network they were not able to restart the modem and they said they can't give promotion which they removed.
I have all the chat and I am left with only option
1. Post everything on social media for the awareness
2. Close all xfinity account (internet and mobile) which I would do based on the experience.

Xfinity is been really bad lately been adding lines out of no where iam so frustrated with them
