Comcast will not transfer my phone number from Verizon
Why will Comcast not transfer my phone number from Verizon, it’s been 260 hours and I’ve been asking almost every other hour. I’ve gone to the stores. I’ve gone Zoom calls to level 3 support, I’ve gone to the escalation department, I’ve gone to the executive department, I’ve gone to the FCC. still, hours go by and no buddy will transfer it. my wife religiously uses her phone 24 seven. It’s a nightmare
