We drove 2 1/2 hours from Long Island to CT. to visit an Xfinity store to get help for our phones. (There are no stores on Long Island which is crazy!) We were helped by NOEL in the Derby CT. store. He went above and beyond to help us and is a credit to your company. He was professional and kind to not only my husband and i but to all the customers who came in. I hope that he will be recognized for his outstanding customer service. AND, could you please open a few stores in the NYC area ?????
