Credit $0

Upon completing my trade-in application, I was asked to go through a soft credit check. I completely forgot that my Equifax and TransUnion reports were frozen to prevent fraud. Because of that, the credit check didn’t go through properly, and now all of my promotional offers are gone, and I can no longer get the $1,100 discount.

My credit history is excellent; there’s nothing wrong with it. I’ve now lifted the freezes on both Equifax and TransUnion.

Could you please help remove the previous credit inquiry from my Xfinity account so that you can re-run the credit check and restore the promotion?
