Credit check

I am having an issue with my credit check. I have been in chats for hours several phone calls and two stores trying to fix it and no one has been any help please help me resolve this issue. I’m trying to get a new phone with a current promotion. I switched my service provider solely for this and there was no mention about needing to have to build credit for months when the promotion is for new customers
