customer service

I was promised to get reimbursed my balance on phone I bought from other provider if I switch to Xfinity. Its been almost 3 months since I switched but I have not received it yet. I called many times to follow up. I was even promised I will received a physical card for the reimbursement but has not received it yet. PLEASE HELP> I was scammed by your agent. Every time I followed up they promised many things but all the promises was not received.
