data not working

Last night I tried to use the data in my phone while I was out and it was particularly important..hence trying to use data.  The phone would not load what I needed and I realized the data was not working....  This is not acceptable  This is dangerous.  I want a phone I can depend on when I am out and I could not.  I know what the excuses will be.  I know the drills that you all present.   It is too time consuming to get through to someone and listen to all the canned responses to try and get an answer.  The answers are always teh same.  Always the same drill.  Totally unacceptable.  Other people with different carreirs don't have this problem,  Very unhappy.  You put me at risk IMO.

I hear where you are coming from in wanting to make sure your phone is working properly, and can use it when you need to as intended. Can you please share what type of error you were getting, or what was happening when trying to connect using your data vs. Wi-Fi, and what kind of phone you have?

AS I said it would not work.  Nothing was working  Texts, internet etc.  They just would not load  No "signal" if you will be it wifi or data?  All I know is it would not work.  Not acceptable and dangerous  Further I will not repeat myself again.  This is two times already I have said this clearly.  Just did not work.  I told you what I did already

I have done all the things the people (techs)j who I can't understand have to say  This continues to happen regularly and generally at the same time of the day as it has for years.  It is something xfinity is doing.  The only real fix for this problem is to get a different carrier.  Other folks living in my house don't have this problem with their phones.  Xfinity has problems at least in my area.  I am done with this for now.  Not enough time to play all the time  consuming games Xfinity offers for "Fixes"  Very dissatisfied with fixes you folks oofer.
