@mitchc23, Thanks for letting us know. How long ago did you add the new watch? When the new watch was added, did you unpair the old watch and set up the new one as a new device? This process effectively removes the old watch from the account.

Yes to all of your questions but my account shows both the new and the old watches and the current monthly charges shows 2 - $10.00 charges so the old watch didn’t drop off

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
