Denied financing for new phone

I have a credit score over 800. I attempted to apply for financing but forgot my credit is frozen with each agency to prevent fraud. I lifted each freeze but am still being denied. I’ve never experienced anything like this and staff at Xfinity aren’t able to help. What can I do?
