Device credit still not applied to bill after 8 months!
In December 2024 I did an early upgrade from Galaxy S23 to a new Galaxy S24. When I used the website to buy my new phone I got a special device deal. It said my new device payment would only be $5 per month once they got my old phone returned. I got the old phone return acceptance on 23 DEC 2024. Since then I have called twice per month to try and get this problem fixed. I have been paying $35.83 per month since December. I should only be paying $5 per month. I called normal customer service today. After a 34 minute call the agent said he set up a new ticket number and my situation would be resolved on 22 JUL 2025. As soon as he hung up with me I got a text that immediately said the case was closed. Again no resolution to my ongoing billing issue!!!
