Device locked

Phone has been paid off in full for a long time. I have ported my number to a different wireless carrier in Jan 2025. I am trying to unlock the phone (Motorola One 5g Ace) and the support team is not helpful for past 4 days. They sent me through hoops and yesterday they told me to go to the store and get it done. The staff at the store at said it shows unlocked from my end, I showed him the phone asking for SIM Service Provide Unlock pin and he once again told me to contact the support as they have more tools to help than him. Support  told several times that it will be unlocked! Phones should unlock automatically within 48 hrs after paid in full!  Still waiting to receive the email from Xfinity about the unlock pin.

Hey there, @user_9zc4rj, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding unlocking your device. Are you still having issues with getting the phone unlocked or did you receive that email with the unlock pin?

@user_9zc4rj thank you for providing the update on the public post, and I'm happy to hear our awesome Xfinity Mobile executive expert was able to help get the device unlocked. I did notice a reported service issue in the area, and followed up with you in our direct message.
