I am simply trying to change my legal name on my account.  I have been trying for 2 years.  I have called countless times.  I have gone into the store.  I have produced my marriage license.  Every time, I am promised it will be changed... yet, it has not been.

Good morning @user_t0wv4j, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums. I am sorry to hear that you have been trying to change the legal name on the account for so long without a resolution, but you have reached the right group that can take a look at that for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
