DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE START AN XFINITY MOBILE ACCOUNT.
I have been growing more hatred for xfinity by the day and the mass losses of subscribers feed my joy. I should have known when I was completely lied to regarding the xfinity promo to begin with. I have been on the phone and chat 10 different times and it has taken over 10 hours ill never get back but they CANNOT unlock your phones, check online and you will find endless forum complaints Every call is just a ticket off to the "unlock team" which is not customer facing so you will wait 24-48 hours each time they do nothing again. I have gone through your 3rd grade troubleshooting steps every time and every rep leaves detailed notes but shockingly the next one asks all the same questions.
Again I should have know when the promo would equal out to a 5 dollar line and long story short I haven't been paying 5 dollars.
Comcast, I can fix your business that you just seem to be unable to figure out. Stop screwing your customers, hire a real support team, and stop cutting value and adding cost. It takes a real effort to screw up such a monopoly of a company.
Oh BTW here comes another ticket from "Chimiso", but I bet this one will fix it.

Shocking update, the 10th ticket to unlock the phone didn't work and nobody followed up to confirm. AGAIN.
