ECM0009183479 ticket issue.
Hi,
I just received a notification email telling me that "After a thorough review, we could not approve your Xfinity Mobile shipping claim because the documentation provided was not accepted or more that 10 days have passed since the order was delivered."
But I told the repesentative that the the document he wanted, a police incident report, needs 7 business days to be done. And providede the report number and the number to accquire the report when it is done. So what can I do with this case?
