ECM0010420119 - Unlock Phone
It has been two days since I reconciled my mobile bill and paid off my phone, and I’ve been reassured multiple times that it would be unlocked. Just yesterday, I was told it would be unlocked within a few hours. I’ve spoken to three different agents and even visited a local store to try to resolve the issue, but no one has been able to help. Now, I’m away from my family with no way to contact them. I urgently need my phone unlocked so I can transfer services in case of an emergency. Please reference ticket ECM0010420119.
